Some assembly requires some imagination

I put this whole thing together by myself except for the outside row of roof panels. These panels come in two pieces that you must hold together while sliding them into grooves as a single piece. Impossible with out being creative. My suggestion is purchase some industrial strength 3M double sided waterproof tape and use it to attached the two pieces together. Once they were taped together my and my daughter鈥檚 boyfriend were able to slide them in with ease. Once together I鈥檓 super impressed with the quality and durability. It鈥檚 well made. Great quality and sometimes it鈥檚 the little things. The hardware all comes in a plastic divided box with a latch. This made me instantly feel it was a company that cared about the end user and made it super easy and convenient to find each piece of hardware I needed in a well organized case. Much better than the yard long string of sealed bags you normally see.I would recommend this if you need a well made cover for a patio or outdoor kitchen.

If you are in need, don鈥檛 hesitate to buy

This gazebo took my husband and I quite a few hours to assemble, but the project didn鈥檛 exceed a day. Definitely a 2-man job, but fairly straight forward as a whole. We are super pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend!

Great gazebo, doesn鈥檛 leak if properly installed!

I am very pleased with this gazebo so far. Assembly was fairly easy, but it got a little challenging when installing the bottom roof panels. I had a helper the first day and we got the frame and structure together, but we struggled getting about half of the panels installed. The second day I was able to install the remaining panels by myself. The main thing to keep in mind is that everything has to line up perfectly for the panels to slide in place. They need to go in flat and square and you shouldn鈥檛 have to force them. It was also helpful seeing the instruction video on YouTube. There was a post about this gazebo leaking and that is because some of the panels were incorrectly installed. The R panel needs to overlap the Q panel for water to properly drain, but it appears they installed it reverse (which makes it easier, but it鈥檚 wrong). The attached video is during a heavy downpour and there is no water leaking from the roof. Now that installation is done, I really enjoy the cover this structure provides from the sun and it鈥檃 created a nice environment for me and my family to sit in our backyard and enjoy being outdoors!

I did it with a little help

I like the canopy. I put it together in 5 days. I spent 4 hours a night doing it myself, with a little help from my wife on the roof pieces. I used Gorilla tape to help guide the roof pieces in place. It looks great. Many of the pieces came to me dented but I wanted to put it together and the dents weren't too bad. I like the look of it. Of note, getting the roof pieces in place for the bottom half and the corners was tough. Seems that it should have had something to hold them up as Ione would slide them in place. I improvised, using Gorrilla tape non-sticky side to slide them along and rest there as I looked to get the top piece in with it. The middle ones on the long sides were easy. My wife gave me the idea of setting the bottom one in place and then sliding the top in place with it. That worked and I only needed her to pop the top piece from below on a couple of them as I completed the canopy. It does look great!

Awesome gazebo鈥nce assembled!

Wow this thing is a pain to assemble, but it is worth it! Beautiful & very well constructed, down to the packaging which is excellent (it takes almost half an hour just to unbox and lay everything out). The first 75% of the assembly is pretty straight forward and easy - doable with one person but definitely helps to have two, especially if you both have drills and a ladder. As many others have mentioned, the roof panels are a royal pain. You鈥檒l see in the instructions, but there are 鈥楻鈥?pieces and 鈥楺鈥?pieces which must be overlapped and slid in together as one piece. However, there is no way from the manufacturer to secure the pieces together. My wife & I ended up using command Velcro strips to attach them together and reading through the comments, others used double sided tape or even duct tape. Warning to all - figure this piece out before you attempt! If not you鈥檒l drive yourself insane - strong double sided tape would be the best option IMO. When it comes to sliding in the panels, I suppose it鈥檚 possible to do it yourself but it is 10x more efficient with two people. You need one person to slide and the other to guide and push up on the panel from inside the structure on a ladder. If not, it鈥檚 really hard to get the piece to snap into place. Also note that once you get the panels in, the instructions vaguely mention snapping in a V piece but doesn鈥檛 explain it well. There is a baggie of little plastic V鈥檚 that you can pop in between the panels and bars to secure them until you鈥檙e ready to put on the final frames. The curtain / mosquito net is also not the most intuitive to figure out, I recommend keeping them zipped together and not detaching them like I did鈥aused me another half hour of mental Tetris to get them correct. You probably couldn鈥檛 pay me to assemble this again but I鈥檓 glad I did, it really does look great. For those who are saying it leaks, it doesn鈥檛 as long as you do it right. My assumption is you installed the panels upside down and the water is flowing towards you. You can fix it but you鈥檒l have to take all of the panels off and reinstall.Definitely a great deal and a great addition for a backyard - just exercise patience and pay attention when you鈥檙e assembling鈥ood luck!

Takes some time to build and the directions are a little confusing, but all in all, we like it!

Finished product looks good although did have some bent pieces upon arrival

How do the straps work?

I baffled by the strap system. It seems like the longer strap should be on the outside and there should be a 4th strap to be able to connect to.The instructions for the screen and curtain don鈥檛 even show the straps.Aside from this mystery, I love the gazebo. Some of the roof pieces needed bending as the parts got crimped along the way. Also, one of the corner end caps was not included (contacted seller).
