This website is operated by ONEINMIL INC under the Aoxun brand. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Aoxun,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ONEINMIL INC.

Aoxun provides products, website features, content, tools, and related services through aoxunus.com (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies posted or referenced on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your state of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may not use the Site, the Services, or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in any way that violates the rights of another person.

2. Accounts and Accurate Information

Certain features of the Site may require an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing current, accurate, and complete information;
  • Maintaining the security of your account and password;
  • Activities conducted through your account; and
  • Notifying us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized account access.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information so that we can process your transactions and contact you when necessary.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, specifications, prices, and other information accurately.

However, reasonable differences may occur because of display settings, lighting, production batches, materials, and measurement methods. Product images are provided for illustration. The actual product, accessories, packaging, or details may vary by model, size, or production batch.

We may, without prior notice:

  • Modify product descriptions, specifications, or prices;
  • Limit quantities available for purchase;
  • Limit sales to particular persons, regions, or jurisdictions;
  • Suspend or discontinue a product; or
  • Correct obvious information or pricing errors.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

4. Outdoor Products, Installation, and Safety

Certain Aoxun products, including gazebos, canopies, outdoor furniture, and other outdoor structures, require assembly, installation, anchoring, or ongoing maintenance.

When purchasing and using these products, you agree to:

  • Confirm product dimensions, available space, and site conditions before purchasing;
  • Follow all installation instructions, warnings, and maintenance requirements;
  • Use appropriate tools, personnel, and safety equipment;
  • Install and anchor the product correctly to a suitable surface or structure;
  • Comply with applicable building codes, permit requirements, property rules, and homeowners’ association requirements;
  • Regularly inspect hardware, connectors, anchors, and the overall structure;
  • Follow all stated weight, wind, snow, and other use limitations; and
  • Stop using the product and take appropriate protective, reinforcement, or disassembly measures during high winds, severe rain, lightning, heavy snow, extreme heat, or other severe weather.

Certain products may require multiple people or professional installation. You are responsible for determining whether professional assistance is appropriate based on the product instructions, installation site, and your experience.

Issues caused by failure to follow instructions, improper anchoring, unsuitable site conditions, use outside the product’s intended purpose, unauthorized modifications, or lack of reasonable maintenance may not qualify for returns, replacements, or other support, except where otherwise required by law.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order, including when:

  • A product is unavailable or cannot be delivered;
  • Product or pricing information contains an obvious error;
  • Payment is not authorized;
  • An order presents a suspected fraud or security risk;
  • The quantity ordered is unusual;
  • An order appears to be intended for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution; or
  • The shipping address is outside our service area.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for additional cancellation and return requirements.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Site are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted and confirmed, except in the case of an obvious pricing or information error.

You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the product price, taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees displayed with your order.

Sales tax and other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, product type, and applicable law.

Discount codes, promotions, and other offers:

  • Must be used within the stated promotional period;
  • May be limited to eligible customers or products;
  • Have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise;
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted; and
  • Cannot be applied to previously completed orders unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing and estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, inventory availability, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages or separate deliveries. Please inspect all packages and products promptly after delivery.

Please review our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for information about delivery areas, shipping charges, delivery estimates, damage, missing parts, and incorrect items.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by our current Return and Refund Policy.

You must obtain authorization from Aoxun customer service before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If these Terms conflict with the Return and Refund Policy regarding a return or refund, the specific provisions of the Return and Refund Policy will control.

9. Product Warranties and Statutory Rights

Aoxun currently does not offer a single warranty period that applies to every product. Certain products may include specific warranty or support information on the product page, packaging, instruction manual, or accompanying documentation.

If a product is offered with an express written warranty, that product will be governed by the applicable warranty terms.

Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page or accompanying documentation, these Terms do not create an additional product warranty.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or replaces any consumer right or implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Site and Service Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site and Services available, secure, and accurate, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • Every error will be corrected immediately;
  • The Site will be free from viruses or other harmful components;
  • Search results, recommendations, or other website features will always be accurate; or
  • Third-party services will always remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its digital Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

This disclaimer does not apply to an express written product warranty and does not limit rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property

Text, images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, page designs, code, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Aoxun, ONEINMIL INC, or the applicable rights holder and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, publish, or distribute Site content;
  • Use Site content for a commercial purpose;
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or create a database of Site content;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
  • Misuse the Aoxun name, trademarks, or brand materials.

You may access and use the Site only for reasonable personal and non-commercial shopping purposes.

12. Reviews, Photos, and Other User Content

If you submit a review, photo, video, suggestion, feedback, or other content, you retain any rights you may have in your original content.

You grant Aoxun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, translate, and publish the submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve our business.

You represent that:

  • You own the content or have obtained the necessary permissions;
  • The content is truthful and not misleading;
  • The content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
  • The content is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or malicious; and
  • The content does not contain viruses, malicious code, or unauthorized advertising.

We may remove user content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate, but we are not obligated to continuously monitor all submitted content.

13. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, social media platforms, review tools, customer support tools, and other applications.

Third-party services are independently operated and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Except where otherwise required by law, we are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, services, or data practices. Please review the applicable third party’s policies before using its services.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information;
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other legal rights of Aoxun or another person;
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content;
  • Interfere with or bypass the Site’s security features;
  • Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
  • Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to excessively access, scrape, or interfere with the Site;
  • Collect or track another user’s personal information;
  • Send spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized advertisements;
  • Use the Site to harass, discriminate against, threaten, or defame another person; or
  • Use the Site or Services for unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site or Services for violations of these restrictions.

15. Errors, Corrections, and Omissions

The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, inventory, or other information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by an obvious error.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aoxun and its parents, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site or Services, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from the Site, Services, or a product will not exceed the amount actually paid to Aoxun for the order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, product liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aoxun and its affiliates from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Aoxun for liability that must legally remain with Aoxun.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful conduct, or created a risk to the Site, other users, or Aoxun.

Payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, liability limitations, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.

19. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

20. Email and Text Message Marketing

If you choose to subscribe to marketing emails or text messages, we may send information about products, promotions, and other offers.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

You may unsubscribe by:

  • Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in an email;
  • Replying “STOP” as instructed in a text message; or
  • Contacting us at service@aoxunus.com.

After you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing messages, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service communications.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under applicable federal laws of the United States and the laws of the state having proper jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

22. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about an order, product, or Service, please contact us first at service@aoxunus.com. We will attempt to resolve the matter reasonably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms do not currently require consumers to resolve disputes through mandatory arbitration and do not include a class action waiver.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

24. No Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable policies posted or referenced on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aoxun regarding the use of the Site and Services.

If policies conflict, the policy that most directly addresses the specific issue will control, unless otherwise required by law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, Services, technology, or legal requirements.

We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where otherwise required by law.
