Love our gazebo!!!!

Very well made. We’ve had it up for a month or so and we love it!! It had one leak but that was because the panel wasn’t pushed up all the way. Easy fix.

It took a few days to put it together because we had to work in between rain showers and family visiting. The hardest part was taking the film off of the roof panels😩 That was the most tedious and stressful part.. It was aggravating because it didn’t come off correctly and kept ripping. Just make sure to keep them out of direct sunlight because we let them bake in the sun and which made it so much harder to peel. Other than that it wasn’t too hard to put together. My husband and I did it easily! It’s so nice and would definitely recommend!!!
It has 3 places to hang lights or fan. Oh and the only other problem is when it rains. If you have it close to your home you should put a gutter on it. Thats the next thing we are doing. And we plan on buying patio/deck tiles to raise up our furniture off the ground because when it rains the ground inside gets soaked. Also if you’re worried about the wind the gazebo is actually very sturdy. We may buy wooden planters to put the legs in and cement them to make it heavier before next spring (storm season). But so far so good. Hope this helps someone!
If we have any major issues I’ll update.

This is a patience tester, but worth it. Probably.

What in the name of all IKEA?! I’m sure the person who designed this likes to really screw with people. That being said, we love it. Feels solid. But there are So. Many.Pieces.
First, you need a patient person with some skill with a drill. I’m not that person. My husband is. He unpacked and unwrapped every piece, putting the stickers face up, with letter grouped. You must do this. Seriously. And read the directions. Study them.
Next, you want to gather about 4 or 5 family members to START PEELING THE 32 INDIVIDUAL ROOf PANELS. Each one has a “protective film” that is laser paper, but adhesive. This takes forever. You will hate yourself. Be sure said family members have 1 glove each to hold the sons of guns…..cause they sharp. Someone will get cut, someone else will not notice they are bleeding, and everybody will be wondering when they had their last tetanus shot. This step takes longer than everything else combined.
We took two weeks to get this done…. Working a few hours at a time. We are in our 50s and don’t knock out projects in one day anymore. (We have Saturday and Sunday naps to get to, after all).
We are happy with this, especially at this price point. We will see how it holds up in Indiana weather. If you purchase, be sure to be confident in your relationship with the person who helps. Seriously. This is the project that can break people…. And then who are you going to with under your gazebo?

Great gazebo!!!! Lots of work to put together but we'll worth it at the end. The ceiling is a little tricky but over all it was too hard to assemble.

Love it!

This is beautiful gazebo for the money!
It has held up to some pretty heavy rain and winds so far this summer. It took a handyman we hired 4 days to do by himself mostly because of the roof and unwrapping each individual panel. I recommend 2-3 people as suggested if you want it up sooner.

Tedius install but happy with the end result

Be aware this is a project to put together! Happy with the result but wow it took a while getting there, the most painful part was removing the protective plastic from the roof panels. I get the need for it to be there, just wish they could have used a thicker plastic so it would come off in one piece. As it was that alone was a several hour task scraping it off bit hy bit..... In the end it looks great and is a nice upgrade to our back yard.

Good quality
Don't rush

I put this up myself. But I have put up 12 gazebos. That said get at least 2 or 3 person to build. Had to fab one of the rafters on the roof one piller was damage on the top that the rafter mounts on.

Looks Good but Install Pricey, Hardware Cheap

Looks lovely but I received several pieces bent when we open box, since it took a month to find someone install, once the guys were there and opened box no stopping them as it would be another 3 weeks to get them back to house. That was disappointing & they said bolts are cheaply made and when he tried slowly use drill, it would strip screw or the end cap of interior screw that covers nut, holding it to tighten would bend and then drop to deck. This made my Install rate drastically increase as they hand screwed in roof. With 2 guys + helper it took them 2 days at 14 hours.
It is doable with patience and also unless you watered your grass that a.m. Don't lay metal pieces on grass as it will yellow out grass from metal heat.

The labor bill was high so I will add curtains and mesh screen myself this weekend, will have call some1 else out to add ceiling fan I bought for Gazebo (that part was disappointing) so not sure If I should spent extra money for a higher grade/easier install as opposed so much money going labor But it looks Pretty

Patio gazebo 10x12

I gave 4 stars because the large area of roof was dented in a lot of places. Otherwise, up and ready to use. What a difference in the temperature being lower. Compared to our rectangular umbrella, it’s great. 😊

A Cool Addition To Our Back Yard.

It took a few days to assemble for the two of us (husband/wife), except for standing up the legs & frame; one person each to hold a leg segment and a third to reach up and slide the pieces together. Once the frame was up, it was relatively straight-forward and a matter of time. I kept the bolts slightly loose until the very end, and then went around the entire structure to recheck and tighten every bolt and screw (no small task, just be consistent and thorough). Keeping it slightly loose is important so that the roofing panels and overall assembly can easily center and align itself as you go.

NONE of the two dozen gable ends with the plastic inserts were tapped, and I had to get a 6mm x 1.0 tap and do them all myself (don't try to tell me they're supposed to be self-tapping when using a machine screw). I also then realized, in hindsight, that we hadn't actually cross-threaded some of the leg bolts as I initially believed, but that some brackets holes were most likely not tapped either. You may want to check and\or chase vertical brackets holes that are part of the triangular foot bases.

As most people have complained, removing the plastic from the roofing panels is a chore and burden that should NOT be placed on customers (the sheet metal probably comes with plastic on it for protection during factory cutting/trimming). The plastic should be removed at the factory, and the roofing panels separated by paper pieces when boxed for protection during shipping.

The key to installing the roofing panels is to follow the instructions. Start at the left side of one corner and install left to right with next edge on top of the installed panel edge. It can be a little tricky getting them to slide in properly, but they will fit, making sure they are properly set into the channel (the panels are a bit flimsy and can require some coaxing/manipulation). Do not tighten the bolts completely as you go to hold panels in place, but allow some flexibility. Hint: When you're assembling the roofing gable pieces, you may want to tap the plastic mounts to make the roofing bolts an easier install (some bolts go in easy, others are a chore to get the correct alignment). It is possible to remove most of mounts to tap and reinstall, but it's easier beforehand (these are all 6mm x 1.0, but you should double-check for your kit).

Our kit had a sufficient amount of extra screws, of each type, and extra plastic roofing mounts.
Although there is plenty of opportunity for arguments, ALWAYS go back to the instructions as a reliable guide (when in doubt, stop and rest, or leave it for tomorrow). NOTE: 10' x 10' is actually 8.5' x 8.5' between outside of foot bases.

Anyways, we did get it together ourselves and it looks pretty good at a reasonable price. We are still considering whether or not to install the screens and curtains.

Price matches quality

So far it seems to be decent for price it does get very hot while in sun and peeling the film from panels was a nightmare it took 4 of us to peel but me and my husband built in a few hours together its simple just lay out all pieces and follow directions step by step its been up for 2 weeks bo issues so far its wayer resistant and seems pretty sturdy we will see when we get new england snow how it holds up.

Love this gazebo!!

Love this gazebo! Took a day & a half to build but I’m sure if we had more help it would’ve been done quicker. Great quality and seems super durable. Adds a beautiful touch to our deck and covers from the sun well.

Nice, but plan for time to get it built!

This is a really nice gazebo but I’m not going to lie it’s a beast to put together. My wife and I are really handy and this took us an entire day to construct. The directions could be better. Overall I like the structure. Design wise I really wish the trim holding the roof pieces in were designed to be one long piece. I’m curious to see what water does when it rains. Overall, it’s nice and solid.

Good purchase but not easily assembled

Before I purchased this gazebo I did a lot of research, to ensure this gazebo can withstand Texas weather. The gazebo is beautiful and true to size. The time it takes to put together is over 5hrs. Putting the frame together and using the steps was easy to follow. You may have to push pieces together in order to get the screws to fit. The most difficult part with not great directions was the roof and the panels. My suggestion put most of the roof frame together while on the ground then lift in place onto of the frame. Trying to put the roof together while on the frame is difficult and can become dangerous. WEAR gloves the roof panels cut easily. Overall I was very happy with the purchase. But putting it together is not as easy as it is made out

Peel roof first save you time in the end

Peel the roof ahead of time . It’s about a 2 day process . Would recommend 10/10 . Anker it in .
