3-Year Warranty
This was put together by my husband,and I were in our late 60s. Took half a day to assemble the end part of the louvers. Most of the next day assembling it We weren't missing any parts, everything was packed so well. We're very pleased with the pergola, and happy we bought it. 3 people would of made it easier putting it together but we managed. It came in 2 separate shipments, very heavy boxes, 4 total.
Great product overall. Assembly, not so much. As others have pointed out, the instructions are abysmal. If I had generated installation instructions like these as a fabrication engineer, I would have been out of the business decades ago. The first time leafing through the installation manual (32 pages!), I felt like I was given the handbook for the assembly of an aircraft carrier. Patience and time is mandatory. Confusing steps; drawings often too small to identify key connections. Procedures like installing the mounting structural pins, don't mention when you are to finally tighten them, until you spot a small drawing ten pages further in. Some extra parts (good), other parts missing. "AA1" bolts have 6 extra pieces, but the "NN" washers are short by over 14 pieces. A single mistake in interpreting the orientation of the end mounts on the 52 vanes can result in several hours of disassembly and reassembly. Warning, assembling the 52 vanes is quite a process. Plan on getting friends together and make a party of it. Hint: use an electric screwdriver: saves on tired wrists and reduces hours of assembly time. It looks like it will offer years of satisfactory service. My only apprehension is that vanes are rotated by a cranked pulley system. If the pulley string ever breaks, I can't imagine how it would be possible to replace as it is buried in the support posts along with the crank mechanism. Hopefully, won't ever become an issue. Finally, don't try assembling this thing unless you have at least 2 or more people. Erecting safely requires 4 people who each can lift about 80–90 lbs each.
The pergola is beautiful. However it is not a true size 10x 12. We have spent more money to install it to the floor than anticipated because of the size discrepancy. It needs to be assemble first before you prepare the place where you will set up

El mango de abrir y cerrar, que es lo que le das vueltas , trae un tornillo pequeño para instalarlo, pero no me funcionó con ese, por suerte trajo uno más largo en una bolsita roja. Ese trabajo lo hice con mi pareja 2 personas , pero lo recomendable es que sea con 3 o 4 , porque son muchas piezas y algunas pesadas
