We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses at this time. Eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. qualify for free standard shipping.

Some Aoxun products, including gazebos, patio furniture, and other oversized items, are shipped in multiple boxes. These boxes may have separate tracking numbers and arrive on different days. Please check all tracking details before contacting customer service about a missing package.
