Need multiple people for erecting! (3 minimum, 4 ideally)

Came in perfect condition and everything is labeled really well. Directions easy to follow, mostly pictures but labeled really well and everything fits together perfectly. Love the color (gray)! Everything is put together but not connected. Definitely at least 3 person job for handling boards and lifting carefully. Can’t wait til it is all up!

Worth the money

Seems like a sturdy gazebo. Looks fantastic! My brother and I put it together. We are both in our later 60’s. If we can do it everyone can. The directions are tricky however. It’s just pictures.

Value and quality

First off this is a great gazebo. This size fit our area just as we had planned. Delivery was pretty quick; it did arrive in two shipments. Nothing damaged and ALL the parts were included. I will say that we hired someone to assemble this unit. We have gotten to the age where some things are better put together by younger and stronger people. I did watch the process, and it was a challenge. This says it's 12x20, but the actual width and length are different. It took a few tries to get the legs set at the proper dimensions. Once that was established assembly wasn't too bad. My crew were two men, and it did take maybe a total of 15 hours over the course of three days. We live on the Texas coast, and it does get really windy at times, so far, it's still standing and nothing has blown off. It provides great shade and we love it. I have hung hummingbird feeders from it and its fun watching them while enjoying the shade. This has been a great addition to our back yard.

Assembly time consuming with inadequate tools

You will need two ladders One 8 ft ladder & another at a minimum 6 ft ladder. The tools that came with it are not adequate . You will need battery operated hand drills, drill bits & socket wrenches. Also, you will need screw drivers. You will need at least two men to do the job & heavy lifting. Assembly was very time consuming because of all the screws, bolts & parts! The beams were not as big as the website showed. After the job was completed, the black tin roof was very hot to sit under. Wish the roof was a light color. I had an outdoor Fanimation EightyFour Ceiling Fan installed, but it was still too hot to sit under. The fan is remote controlled & the air flow can be counterclockwise The fan light has a dimmer which helps w bug control after sundown. To make the sitting area cooler, I helped my brother-in-law & sis put a plastic canopy cover over the black tin roof. That helped, along with the fan during sunlight hours, to keep cooler. I have included a video showing the manual, too. I hope this review helps someone.
