3-Year Warranty
Arrived in 7 days. Tons of screws and little pieces. It took 2 people 14 hours to put this together. Very tedious. Note: One of the first steps is to put the curtain hooks on. Be sure you put on the exact amount you need, you don't get a 2nd chance. Some of the holes dont' line up, wiggle and thump it to move the panels into place. We set the feet on concrete pillars with 8" long bolts, it's level(Very important). The steel plates provided are not that thick, you have to make do. When completed, the mosquito netting ties were sewn too far to the side, not enough netting to have them off their intended centers. Over all...we LOVE the finished product...but we're pretty burned out on the time we spent putting it together. Nice to have a few extra screws included. NO parts were missing(Very important) Kudos to the manufacturer for putting together a product that is functional and stable... yet good looking.
It took almost a day to install it, and the whole family was very happy. The assembly is completed step by step according to the instructions. It is very simple and does not need to pay for installation. I like it very well. It will be more beautiful to add lights in the later stage.
Wasn the easiest to put up. Took me 7 hrs with one other person but I do love it. Installed solar powered light and looking into more solar powered stuff so free electric inside is always a plus..
As someone who enjoys building legos and putting together ikea furniture, this gazebo was a fun little project. It took over a week to put together though since it wouldn stop raining. I only have an hour or two to work on the gazebo before the rain came in and I had to stop or there would be days where it rained the entire day.
The gazebo came in three heavy boxes. The first two came in on Friday and the third came Saturday. Overall, it took maybe 10 hours to put together with the help from my brother. The frame was easy to set up and only took 2 hours to do by myself while the roof almost made me want to cry. The instructions for the roof was a little confusing but everything made sense after watching the video, so make sure you do that. What took the most time was trying to align the holes of the roof panels, the rectangular plastic support, and the frame so that the bolt can pass through them all. You definitely need a second pair of hands to help put this together.
Once everything was done with, the gazebo looks really good. I didn like the original placement, but it was light and sturdy enough for four guys to lift and rotate+move the gazebo around. I wish the frame was made with thicker metal, but it didn have any trouble surviving a few thunderstorms and hail. Now if the weather would just cooperate, I can finish sanding and painting my deck.

This package arrived in 3 boxes . 2 of the 3 boxes were okay the last was damaged in shipping . Upon opening the boxes we had 3 damaged parts which the seller was quick to provide a resolution. The directions are NOT clear for the top tier roof and we had to complete 3 steps at a time for each side to hold the pannels in. It took us about 12 hours to put together with 2 people. It was a pain to assemble but once done it is very pretty . It is a good value for the money, but hold tight to your patience as there are so many parts , hardware, and steps
I am a professional installer. When I opened the boxes on a 12x20' and saw the roof pieces, I wanted to walk off the job. Each roof piece has plastic film that you have to peel and it took one person about 5 hours. That's going full speed, as fast as possible. This plastic peel is ridiculous. It doesn't do anything for protection. Id say it's worse than just leaving it bare because It's so hard to get off that you end up scratching it, you can't help it. Why are you trying to make something harder and doubling the assembly time? Other than that, it's a good gazebo. I basically assembled the whole thing by myself while my helper was peeling in about 5 hours. Then we did the roof together in 2. Then they put up the netting and curtains while I finished off the bug netting/framing up top and frame around the outside. So 8 hours total. But I've done these 100's of times. Expect at least a weekend out of your time. And loads of frustration. An awl comes in handy to line up the screws to the plastic blocks that go under the roof. They are there for waterproofing and so you don't crush the panels. But they have to line up perfectly. Comparable to purple leaf or sojag. Other big names but what a headache is the peeling! Just stop with that! Put some styrofoam sheets in between each panel, inside a simple wooden crate. Stop making things harder!
