Very sturdy, durable, was not missing any pieces.

I wld had given it 5 stars but it fell short for these reasons: -Pre-holes dont line up in some areas. -Instructions r a tad confusing. *Focus on the drawings* -THE PEELING OF THE PLASTIC FILM ON THE RAZOR SHARP ROOF PANELS TOOK. . . 3. 5 HRS!!! One side is stuck like glue! The other side though was an e z'er peel. -The curtain hooks aka CHEAP! This is a great Gazebo, instruction says, you need 3 people, I did it myself. Just a good tall 'A' frame ladder needed, to balance the top, which otherwise would need more people. I have however two criticisms. . . 1. Edging strips on the roof sheets, whilst necessary, they are a waste of time, as they keep on falling off during the build. Irritating. 2. Inner roof vent fly net, is a waste of time. I didn't install it (last step in the build). It's flimsy and doesn't do what it's supposed to do! One other thing. I replaced the anchor bolts as they were woefully short for the job. Now, just waiting for a BIG storm, to see if it remains standing.

It’s beautiful once you get passed the assembly. Instructions are not clear. It really enhances the backyard and I’ve received many complaints. I was able to relax in it while it rained and there was no leakage. The price of $750 for the 12x12 with gutter drainage was great!! I added the chandeliers myself purchased separately of course. I’m definitely satisfied with this purchase. As far as the instructions go, the assembly of the roof is basically non existent so we just improvised with our own materials to keep it in place.

Seems decent for the price. Roof panels definitely could fit a bit tighter as I a few barely fit into the support channels. Took 8 hours with 2 people. I will give them credit for how well everything was packed. Nothing missing or dented. One note the side rail connections leaked like crazy when it rained. You will definitely need to caulk those joints.

The size is just right—it’s big enough to fit a sofa and a dining table—and the quality is good, too. Overall, it’s very nice.

Purchased 14x24. Installation says 3 hours for 3 people but it will take significantly longer than that. Metal roof panels are shipped with protective film on them that needs to be removed before installation. This took more than 3 hours by itself. This is not a 1 person installation. I’m usually crafty enough to do a task that requires 1 or 2 extra people by myself but this is highly recommended to do with at least 1 extra person. Standing the wall frame up and connecting the 4 corner posts is doable by 1 person by leaning the walls against two ladders, but attaching the roof cap to the posts is nearly impossible without assistance. Plan accordingly. Installation directions for this step are shown in pictures. I upgraded the anchors from the ones supplied to 3/8” x 3” concrete wedge anchors due to being installed on a 4” concrete slab. The supplied ones are shown in picture on the left compared to what I swapped with on the right. Netting and sun shade fit well, but the top netting around the roof gap isn’t the greatest. Picture included. The evening of installation, had a storm come through that had 50mph gusts and no issues. Gutter system around the exterior uses a waterproof tape at middle seam to direct water to downspouts. Definitely not a preferred tactic in my opinion due to leaving a high spot where water can pool up and sit. Picture included. No missing parts. Only damaged products during shipping were edges of roof panels being bent. But they are correctable by bending with hand or pliers. Installation manual isn’t the greatest on some steps but can be followed easily for 95%. Overall, I’m very pleased with the gazebo and don’t have any major complaints.

Packaging arrived in descent shape and faster than expected. Took approx. 6hours by myself to put this together. Directions were clear and it was a fun project to build. Few little dings on a few pieces but not worth complaining over. Overall a great sturdy gazebo everything seems well built.

Very nice gazebo. Arrived in 2 shipments. Packed really well with only one small dent in one of the posts. Unpacking took about 1 hour and assembling took about 12 man hours with one other person helping with the roof panels. Very happy with the final product. Great finish and very nice curtains. One suggestion for the manufacturer is to add covers for the bottoms of the posts to hide the bolts securing it to the concrete. Other than that very pleased. Recommended.

It's a very good outdoor pavilion. It's worth the money. It's upgraded in the yard in an instant. Finally, it's installed. I can't wait to take photos and retouch the pictures for the seller's comments. The quality is very good, and it's very strong. It's highly recommended. The installation is also very convenient. Three people quickly installed it according to the steps of the merchant. You can have an outdoor barbecue, and you're not afraid in the afternoon.

After assembling the pavilion, the overall effect met our expectations. The material is solid and durable, resistant to sun exposure and rain. The size is moderate—placing it at the entrance doesn't look out of place. In summer, setting up tables and chairs underneath is perfect for barbecues and casual chats. In winter, it serves as a wind and snow barrier when parking. The pavilion is well-crafted, securely installed, and easy to maintain. It has become a cozy little spot for daily relaxation, highly practical. Everyone in the family loves it!

This pavilion is beyond my expectations. The solid material of the twin city roof helps air circulation in hot weather. The curtains and gauzes are strong. Privacy and mosquito-proof functions have become our favorite outdoor leisure area. Overall, it is worth the money.

This gazebo exceeded our expectations! It’s well-built, spacious. The frame feels solid, and the curtains are easy to use for extra shade and privacy. It will be the perfect place to relax with family and friends. We are very satisfied with the quality and would definitely recommend it to other！

This 10x12 gazebo fits perfectly in my backyard. The quality is absolutely amazing. The metal frame is very strong, and the hardtop roof is heavy and solid. It feels super sturdy, so I do not have to worry about strong winds or bad weather. It has completely changed my daily life. In the morning, it is a great place to enjoy the nice sunshine. At night, the warm string lights look beautiful and make the space feel very cozy. Even when it rains, the strong roof keeps me completely dry, so I can sit outside and listen to the rain. It has plenty of room for my outdoor sofa. This gazebo looks wonderful, works great, and is high quality

I've had this gazebo up for a while now and I'm really happy with it. It's held up great and has been a nice addition to our backyard. The assembly was actually a lot easier than I expected. With two people, it went together pretty smoothly as long as you followed the instructions. I also really like the look of it. The wood finish gives it a much nicer and more premium look compared to a regular metal gazebo, and it fits the patio perfectly. The curtains and netting are a nice bonus too. Overall, it's sturdy, looks great, and has been working out really well for us so far.

Love the Gazebo. The instructions are terrible. Took. me 10 hours just to install it. And another day to install the drapes. Two thunderstorms and no leaks. I would buy it again.
