I searched for a while for an electric fireplace for our master bedroom remodel, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I love the multiple color options for the flames and the brightness adjustment option. The heat output is nice and not crazy loud when on. Just be mindful if building the frame in advance, as the measurements are a little off, I ended up having to add 1 1/2in on both sides of my frame to insert it correctly. All in all, very happy with my purchase!
We absolutely love this fireplace and the ambiance it brings to our living space. It’s is an excellent product and a great value. The heat is distributed well throughout the room and we love the color options. The noise level is quiet and it’s an overall great product!
Looks great, still trying to figure out all of the settings. It came with two back lighting strips and I can't figure out where they go. Help please!
Ordered the 36". It does not come with the log feature, just the crystals. No where does the description say that. Yeah, it only talks about crystals, but the other sizes show logs so ... 🤷 Also, the instructions are TERRIBLE. Trying to figure out where to install the LED strips? Nope. Would probably be a decent unit if it came with logs and was easier to put together.
