I need to know how to get the hardware for this gazebo I purchased one with no hardware. can someone respond to me please? or email me at [****] thank you
This took two of us two nights to put together, all in all directions were good, this was a big project but so worth it all said and done!
Assembly took my husband and I two days. I will say you must make sure every roof panel is slid all the way in to prevent leaking or holes lining up. Make sure no edges, metal is bent, slightly out of place. We did have to straighten a few channels to ensure the holes lined up. The directions are pictures only! It is very appealing once we got it put together! It rained shortly after finishing and we had no leaks. We are enjoying the shade! The metal used for the structure is very thin.
Assembly was very straight forward. The Instructions are pretty clear and they have a QR code that leads to a video that explains even better. But overall, assembly process was very intuitive and simple.
Its actually doable by one person since my husband did most of the work and I only assisted him with a couple of times by simply holding a part.
Its a little hard to properly calculate how long it took to assemble since we were fighting against the rain but best estimate seems to be 5-6 hours total.
Now that it is finally put together it definitely seems very sturdy and looks pretty. We are planning on adding a nice outdoors light and some furniture under when weather is better, so we may post a photo update at that point.
Curtains seem well made and the solid / external one is heavy and seems durable, same with the internal net/mosquito one.
Only thing I could complain was a missing nut, however, thankfully we had a replacement that worked fine. Im happy with the purchase.
We spend almost one and half hours on a to install the gazebo. I have to say its not hard to understand the instructions, just follow the steps nothing comply! The quality was great expect the roof part but it was not too bad to complaint it. Its a water resistance material that I love the most no need to worry about the raining day.
Overall I highly recommend it to anyone if you want to have a great time during the summer.

Took three days to get to together, because it was only one person doing it, have to put the curtain still but still looks good , in a bigger deck or patio will look better,
Good Buy, went together pretty well with the help of two union carpenters. No leaks no issues.
Very nice but this took 5 aduts 12 hours to assemble in 90 degree weather. But it is very nice looking and strong. We were glad it was finished!!
This gazebo is better than expected. We read reviews and prepared for the worst. Between 2 people, we followed the EASY to follow instructions to the T! That means we checked the direction and side of everything as illustrated. We needed a, drill gun for ease, ladder, and step stool to reach higher areas. It feels sturdy, shades but still get pleasant natural light, the beams and pieces are not as heavy as expected but all put together it feels stable, sturdy and durable. The vendor was accesible, polite, and professional when messaged since product comes in 2 boxes.
Ok, well, the gazebo LOOKS nice! We had a cloth top since before Covid. After replacing the roof tarp twice, I decided to get this hard top.
The good:
1. sunlight shines through the top. The soft top got dark faster.
2. You can hang two outdoor fans on the hooks
3. It's easy to hang lights and not get in the way of the curtains
The bad:
1. Sort of flimsy. The frame isn't as strong as the soft top I had
2. Smaller than 10 feet (see attached photo) My previous gazebo was 10x12 and the frame on the soft top was larger.
3. The curtains are too small. You cannot tie them to the legs when zipped up. So, the wind blows the curtains all the way into the gazebo carrying the rain with it.
4. The roof leaks under the upper roof. There is too much space between the lower roof and the upper roof. Again, if it's raining and the wind blows, your furniture and will get wet.
If you're looking for a cool gazebo and using as a nice yard feature, this is pretty cool.
In our case, we have furniture and other accessories that now do not fit completely under the gazebo.
I would NOT recommend getting this gazebo unless you want something that's just a step up from a pop-up gazebo.
This is great. Time consuming to assemble and definitely takes 2 people. First handyman and helper walked off after 4 hrs. Second handyman took 6 hrs to complete. Once completed I had a huge smile on my face
I bought a 10x12, it came in 2 huge boxes , it took my husband from 11am to 7pm to build it by himself, but it came with all the parts, and excellent manual description, weather resistance , sturdiness , it looks very strong, I hope when the winter comes it will resists, because it looks amazing and great quality thank you
I was really excited about this.
It looked gorgeous after it was completed.
1st wind storm was too much stress for this.
I tried to contact seller.
Amazon says contact is through them. Cannot really describe issue outside of prompted and generalized answers.
No returns or replacement.
I purchased the extra warranty in the event of damage. There's an act of God clause.
So $600 down the drain after a windstorm.
No telling how it would hold up facing something worse.
All I really wanted was for the seller to send another leg for it.
I don't really ever give a bad review unless it's warranted.
Maybe it's my luck I got a defective piece.
The gazebo is nice, but the netting was damage, it had a slit in it frome the warehouse. I would like to know if you can replace the netting. Thank you

Well made the netting is very heavy. I'm sure this will hold up for years to come.
The material is very strong and great. It looks very beautiful and it is very easy to assemble. My families very like it. Strongly recommend it!
We are enjoying our gazebo, however it is not bug proof. There are gaps all along the top rail where the screen hangs. We have modified it with Velcro. The directions were clear. One suggestion would be to include an extra of each kind of screw - most were included but the one screw that came with no threads was not provided as an extra. For the most part the holes lined up in assembly, but when they did not it was challenging to move forward. We would buy this again but hope these suggestions would help the company and future customers.
It takes time to assemble but I must say the directions are a little confusing and you must be very careful with putting in the screws cuz some you have to remove again. You can put it together with 2 people but if its 3 things will move faster. Again please be careful with the screws many you will remove and place back in don't strip the head
Seems it is very good quality but jnstallation instructions are not great. Because some of the parts illustrations are notvery detailed some parts wdre incorrectly installed and had to be reinstalled as assembly progressed.
I also found that when i stalling the roof panels it was easier to install the retJning hardware asi progressed around the roof i stead of trying to install all the panels first.
I also used a block of wood with a groove the thickness of the roof panels to tap the panels all the way into place without damaging the panel.
Best bang for your buck. Stable infrastructure, I'd recommend anchoring it in concrete just in case. Although it's a sturdy piece, there is a chance it will fly away in windy areas. Takes some time to construct but the the instructions were straight forward. I saw reviews saying they were missing pieces or pieces were bent. I did not experience that. At one point I thought I was missing a piece but I just had to dig deeper to find the right item. This is the first review I have left for a product. I want to encourage those who haven't done something like this to try here. If you know a handy man they are probably pretty familiar with gazebos and this one would be no problem for them to assemble. Some assembly steps practically need two peop...
I'm totally amazed by the end product of this gazebo. When the package arrived, I was really concerned to see two not so big boxes, wondered how can the entire gazebo fit into two boxes. And after opening I was concerned again to see not so solid structures. I wondered whether this would withstand Midwest state weather. Slowly step by step I started putting things together, the instruction manual was pretty good, no step was confusing or deceiving. After almost half way across, I started to get confidence, especially after putting together 4 pillars and horizontal bars and roof bars, this things did feel sturdy on the deck. Continued and finished rest of the steps to see what was an amazing gazebo. It definitely is sturdy and rigid. We are really amazed by this. 30 days, so far great. Let's see how this comes along with the test of time. I'll come back and update in couple of months.
